Yoga “relaxation – coring”
Isabelle Denoix, a qualified Yoga teacher
from the Fédération Nationale des Enseignants de Yoga,
invites you to take part in her
individually tailored package programmes
during the week-ends and school holidays,
and in her group lessons during the school year:
- On Fridays from 2.30 pm. to 4.00 pm.
These lessons are given within the framework of the YONI association.
“Yoga is a global and experimental approach based on a set of specific techniques with its roots in the Indian tradition. Through gradual awareness, its aim is to attune the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual faculties of the human being. Through postures and breathing in a state of relaxation and concentration, with an awareness and respect for one’s own body limits, yoga leads to self-management of one’s physical and psychic potential. Its effects can first be found in an improvement in well-being, a greater openness and a more efficient way of taking action”.
