We prepare the meals, which have a vegetarian base,
with fresh organic local produce.

You will discover all the local flavours of
our sheep’s and goats’ cheese, which you can
sample in our wide range of pastries and desserts.

Made with germinated seeds,
seasonal fruits and whole cereals,
our soups, grated cheese dishes,
lasagna and mixed salads,
will be a pleasure for the eye and taste-buds
and a real source of good health.

In India, the tradition of vegetarian cooking is based on the ayurveda
philosophy which considers cooking as a way of procuring
good health as well as a means to survive.
